| Resumo: | [pt] O presente estudo teve como objetivo abordar o papel da imparcialidade na ética aplicada do filosofo australiano Peter Singer. Partimos da análise da questão da igualdade entre os homens. Apresentamos o princípio de igual consideração de interesses, o princípio de ajudas aos necessitados estabelecidos pelo autor. Para podermos alicerçar os seus princípios fortes, que é o da imparcialidade, examinamos a crítica de seus opositores. Para responder a essas objeções aplicamos o princípio de imparcialidade em duas frentes da ética aplicada contemporânea, a saber: a ajuda internacional aos necessitados e o problema dos refugiados pelo mundo. Dessa forma, responderemos às críticas recebidas com a demonstração da possibilidade de aplicação do princípio. |
| Abstract: | [en] The aim of this study is to broach the role of the impartiality in the applied ethics of the Australian philosopher Peter Singer. We star from the analysis of the equality question among human beings. We present the principle of the equal consideration of interests, and the principle of aid to poor people established by the author. In order to lay the foundations of his strong principle, which is the one of the impartiality, we put it under the criticism of his opponents. Aiming to answer these objections we applied the impartiality principle to two fronts of the contemporary applied ethics, namely: the international aid to poor people and the refugees problem around the word. So we will answer the contrary appreciations we got by showing the possibility of the principle application. |
